Polypipe Group is one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of specialist plastic products and systems. We are the UK’s largest manufacturer of floor heating products, holding a range of stock ready for prompt dispatch. We are members of the Underfloor Heating Manufacturers’ Association, who set and enforce standards for materials, design and installation of floor heating systems.

Polypipe is a recognised and well-respected brand, and is well established as the system of choice by many installers for domestic homes. Polypipe floor heating solutions are rigorously tested, and comply with (or exceed) current Building Regulations and all relevant UK standards.

Polypipe floor heating systems use an integrated flexible plumbing system incorporating polybutylene pipes and a range of integrating push-fit fittings. These systems combine ease of installation with reliable long-term performance. Polypipe fittings are designed to accept both copper and polybutylene pipes, allowing installers the ability to incorporate rigid pipes when necessary.

Our systems are also safer and quicker to install, as jointing does not require the use of solvents, solder or naked flames. The systems are more resistant to impact damage and freezing than rigid pipe systems, as well as having a number of other benefits:

Polypipe floor heating products, excluding manifolds and control products, are covered by a 50 year guarantee, which protects against defects in materials or manufacture of the heating system from date of purchase. This guarantee only applies if the system is installed in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations contained within the Design and Installation Guide, the Installation Guide and Product Handbook and all other Polypipe installation documents, and is used in a normal domestic operation.
