Brinkley Homes has been developing and building quality homes in Yorkshire and the North East of England for over 30 years. For one of their more recent developments in Belton, near Doncaster, they wanted to look at different options for their central heating system.
George Wimpey, Exeter
Platform 101 is the site of an imaginative and contemporary housing development by George Wimpey Bristol Ltd in the heart of Exeter. The development comprises of 101 properties, from four bedroom town houses to one and two bedroom apartments. 70% of the properties were available for private ownership, with the remaining two bedroom apartments managed by Sarsen Housing Association as affordable housing, something desperately needed in the area.
Integer Houses, Newbury
Integer Houses became well known for their intelligent and environmentally friendly homes when they took part in the BBC’s ‘Dream House’ series in 1998.
Kew Riverside, London
The Kew Riverside project is an exclusive development of 200 apartments and 100 houses, including leisure facilities, on the banks of the Thames. These prestigious homes required a heating system that would accentuate the air of elegance, and retain the feeling of space and freedom created by the architects.
Webster Building, Wallasey
Webster Building Ltd is a small, family run business, which prides itself on developing quality, contemporary properties, utilising efficient and easily installable products that will benefit the end user. One of their recent projects was a development of 22 three-bedroom houses and four flats in Wallasey, The Wirral.
